Amenities at Tauro Gran Canaria
You have now had the opportunity to examine the superb standards our Villas offer and know something of Tauro and the surrounding area; let me tell you of the personal service we offer you and the amenities and extras you will find in your Villa.
From the time you book with Villas at Tauro until you arrive at your Villa we are on hand to help with advice concerning any questions or queries you may have regarding your holiday, any personal requirements you may have and advice on what to do and where to go. Soon after you book you will receive an Information Sheet with useful hints on matters such as airport transfers, car hire and information about Gran Canaria. As soon as you arrive at your Villa our Holiday Representative will takeover and is no more than a telephone call away should you need her advice or help on any matter. After your arrival she will call on you to introduce herself.
Our Villas are comprehensively equipped and other than beach/pool towels you will find everything you need. We even have cots and high chairs for you if there are infants in your party. For entertainment we provide Sky Television (but do bring your favourite CDs/DVDs) and for secuirty a safe is provided for your valuables. A Villa key safe is also provided so you can leave your keys in a secure place while you are out. It is also where you will find your keys when you first arrive.
When you do arrive at your Villa there will be a Welcome Pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and water to enable you to make a hot beverage and if there are children in your party soft drinks will be provided for them. To get you going you will also find in the Villa items such as dishwasher blocks, washing machine powder, kitchen roll and toilet rolls. We also provide a comprehensive Information Pack that provides a ready reference for information from church services to details of our favourite restaurants you might wish to try and tourist attractions to visit. Golf in this area is one of of our special activities and we can help arrange golf to suit all. For anyone who is interested in learning to play we have a special arrangement with the Tauro Golf Academy professional and a special price for a beginner's course!
